The Shown By Owner® Programs identified above assume that YOU are showing your home and answering buyers' questions about the physical condition of your home.  With the $895.00 Shown By Owner® Program our firm will provide you with some advertising, and will also handle all of the negotiations with potential buyers.  With the $395.00 Shown By Owner® Program, you will be responsible for ALL of the advertising, and ALL of the negotiations.  With either program we will handle ALL the legal work.  Please click the tabs above to find out more about these programs.
